We found Naomi and Bob to be both gracious and genuinely helpful. We had recently closed on our current home and when Bob realized we could save about $100 a month if we re-financed. Because interest rates had lowered, he immediately called us.The process was so easy and he and Naomi made sure it worked with our schedule.

As a realtor, I have done many, many deals with Naomi as a processor. There is no doubt in my mind, she’s the BEST in the business.
